Terms of Service

By using ReboundSMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

ReboundSMS rents a real carrier SIM number for about 20 minutes so you can receive one SMS verification code (dating apps and similar). It is not a VoIP or virtual number, not an unban service, and not a new identity.

What we provide:

  • ✅ A temporary real carrier SIM number (non-VoIP)
  • ✅ Reception of 1 verification SMS, shown on your private order page
  • ✅ Access to the number and code for 20 minutes

What we do NOT guarantee:

  • ❌ Reception of SMS after expiration (20 min)
  • ❌ Reuse of the same number later
  • ❌ Acceptance by every app (some reject foreign or previously used lines — change the number for free or get an automatic refund)

2. Allowed Uses

You may use our numbers to:

  • Create an account on a dating app (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.)
  • Verify an account on a social network
  • Test an application requiring a phone number
  • Protect your online privacy

3. PROHIBITED Uses

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • 🚫 Illegal activities: Fraud, identity theft, money laundering, terrorism
  • 🚫 Spam and harassment: Sending unsolicited messages, harassing other users
  • 🚫 ToS violations: Circumventing bans, mass account creation for resale
  • 🚫 Malicious activities: Phishing, hacking, malware distribution
  • 🚫 Ad fraud: Manipulation of payment systems, fake clicks

⚠️ In case of detected prohibited use, we reserve the right to refuse service without refund and report to competent authorities.

4. Refund Policy

Automatic refund (no request)

Stripe refunds you automatically, without a ticket, if:

  • No SMS within 20 minutes of the number being issued
  • No number is available (stockout or provider error at purchase)
  • A technical error on our side prevents fulfillment

Cancellation before the SMS

As long as the verification code has not arrived, you can cancel from the order page. Stripe refunds you.

  • No SMS within 20 minutes of the number being issued
  • If the app rejects the line, you may change the number for free (up to 3 times) from the order page

ℹ️ No request is needed for a timeout or failed delivery. Use Cancel on the order page to stop before the SMS arrives.

The refund is initiated immediately. Your bank posts it in 5–10 business days.

No refund if:

  • The SMS code was delivered to your order page
  • You received the code but changed your mind
  • You request a refund after the code was delivered

Right of withdrawal: this is a digital service performed immediately (the number is issued after payment). By paying you request immediate performance and waive the 14-day withdrawal right for that service (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28).

5. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT responsible for:

  • ❌ Blocking of your account by the third-party service
  • ❌ Loss of data on your account created with our number
  • ❌ Subsequent reception of SMS on the used number
  • ❌ Incompatibility with certain services

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the transaction concerned (max. 4.99€).
